Our Late Policy
Please plan your time accordingly to avoid late arrivals. Always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible, so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day. We will always try our best to accommodate you. Due to scheduling, clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period, after 10 minutes we will call to check in on you. You may be asked to reschedule or you may have to forgo parts of the service to keep your appointment in the time allotted for you (10 minutes late - 1 hour appointment will be shortened to 50 minutes).
After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply. Discretion left to the staff member and their schedule.
Our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to the entire D’Lashez Lash Lounge & Microspa staff. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We know how easy it is to forget about an appointment that you booked weeks ago so we provide a courtesy text the day before to confirm your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to show up for your appointment. Our staff's time is in high demand and they work on commission. When you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary so to avoid cancellation fees please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Short Notice Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee/rebooking charge of $25.00.
No Shows
Failure to show for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount and a credit card will be required to be put on file for future bookings.
Appointments made within a 24 hour period and need to cancel:
A client who makes an appointment within a 24 hour time period must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
