BECOME A LASH TECHNICIAN & BE YOUR OWN BOSS

If you're looking for a personal hands on experience to get involved in the eyelash extension industry, our one day course is a great way to start. Take a class instructed by our very own triple certified master eyelash artist, Jessica Pennacchia.

Jessica began her lash education in 2015 with Chi Lash. Attending collaborative and private sessions with their advanced master stylist/lasher, she quickly got her certification in 2015. Late August, 2016 Jessica trained & became Volume certified, Committed to the styles and the technology of lashing, Jessica frequently attends additional workshops and events, such as The International Beauty Show in NY, Sugar Lash Pro Continued Education & learning from others in the industry who are kind enough to mentor. She also stays up to date by following lash discussion boards looking for tips and tricks to improve her services.

Training classes run for five, seven hour days and you receive a certificate of completion after the class. If you feel you need a little more training, our facility is available for further hands on practice for two weeks after your class date.

Classic Lash Training

This is a 25 hour foundational class for beginners that provides knowledge and hands-on training required to kick-start a career as professional lash artists. In this course, students will learn proper fundamental lashing techniques.
Topics that will be covered include:

History of lashes
Proper hygiene & sanitation
Proper lash station set up (lashing atmosphere and contraindications, gel pad application, taping techniques and lash set up)Eye anatomy
Product knowledge
Styling Basics and mapping fundamentals: customizing for each client
Techniques (isolation, pick up and placement and removal of lashes)
Lash education (Natural lash cycles & health, lash selection and comprehension of lash sizes)
Product education (adhesive 101 and maintenance, lash compounds and lashing tools)
Aftercare
Marketing tips

Volume Lash Training

Classic experience is required. This volume class welcomes classic experience students as well as experienced volume artists who need to lay a stronger foundation to their volume technique. The Volume course allows all students to build skills and acquire knowledge that will elevate their expertise.

Topics that will be covered include:

History of lash extension
Overview of sanitation, eye health, lash cycles
Spotting signs of stress on the natural lashes
Various fan creation technique and pickup technique
Proper base placement, wrapping, weight and ratio
Styling and mapping fundamentals
Corrective lashing
Mixing Curls
Maximizing retention
Adhesives, bond types and proper polymerization
Marketing, social media and photography
Client management and effective pricing structures
Introduction to mega volume

What is Required

A nonrefundable deposit of $200.00 to hold your spot. Final payment will be required on the first day of class.
2 models that will be available for 4 hours on the days of hands on training. Please make sure you or your model do not consume any caffeinated beverages. Caffeinated beverages will impact your performance.
